SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please note - Dried flowers, bouquets, and wreaths cannot be shipped to TAS, WA or NT. This is due to biosecurity laws that protect our environment and hinder the spread of weeds and diseases. Please do not order these items if you are in one of these states. These items also do not ship overseas, for the same reasons. Seeds by Settler Hives are approved for shipping to all Australian states.
Orders are packed and ship from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Public Holidays. Shipments usually go out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders are usually between 1-2 days from the order date, but can take longer for custom made bouquets and wreaths.
We currently offer shipment through Australia Post or Click & Collect (local pickup).
SHIPPING DELAYS
We apologise for any shipping delays you may be currently experiencing from our shipping partner. Australia Post is working hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
When orders are dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number. This is the best way to receive updates on where your order is and is expected delivery time. If you have any questions at all about your delivery or if it has not been scanned for over 10 days, please feel free to get in contact and we would be happy to help.

SHIPPING RATES
Australia: Shipping for orders below $200 I calculate rates by weight, as many of my items are quite heavy, making shipping more expensive. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently offer free shipping on all orders above $200 AUD.
Seeds ship at a very low cost. Up to 5 packets for $2, untracked, $5 tracked, and 6-10 packets for $5 tracked. Small orders under 500g ship for $11, medium sized orders (.5-1kg) ship for $12, and larger orders (over 1kg) ship for $15. These are my standard rates.
Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for the loss of untracked items.
We offer Express Shipping through Australia Post Australia wide, please note this will be calculated at checkout.
New Zealand: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your items.
International: For international orders, fees will be calculated at checkout as they depend on the location of your country.
CLICK & COLLECT (local pick-up)
For local customers we offer a free Local Pickup service that you can select at checkout. Orders will be packed as normal, from there an email will be sent to you confirming that the order is ready for collection.
Our pickup location is at my house in Newcastle, NSW, 2299. Address will be included in your notification emails.
Please refrain from coming to collect your order before we have sent you the confirmation email. Your order will be packed in a timely manner, and we endeavour to have them all out as quickly as we can.
How can I track my order?
When orders have been dispatched, we will send out a confirmation email to let you know its on it’s way to you. This email will include a tracking link that you can use to follow your order’s journey!
Do you pack orders on Public Holidays & weekends?
I do often work through weekends, but we are officially closed every weekend and public holiday to give myself and my family a break.
How long will it take to receive my order during sale time?
Unfortunately, due to the sheer volume of orders we receive during sale we cannot guarantee when your order will be dispatched. We try our hardest to get all orders out as quickly as possible, and you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking when we do.
Will I have to pay duties & taxes?
Unfortunately, duties and taxes vary from country to country, payment of these (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
For international shipping, rates are calculated at checkout. Please remember that additional duties and taxes vary from country to country, and payment of these (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
I always package and ship with the environment in mind and use as little packaging as possible while making sure your order reaches you undamaged. Nearly all of the paper-based materials that I use for my products and packaging is made up of post-consumer recycled paper and is recyclable and/or compostable.
